When tasked with designing for The Dolnik Group's coaching and consulting practice, my initial objective was to highlight their core values of communication, collaboration, and opportunity. The design brief revealed a diverse range of approaches within their practice, which I sought to unify through a focus on progressive, playful, and human-centered design principles. My belief in design as a problem-solving tool guided my approach, and I aimed to create a visual identity that conveyed positivity and balance.
The result was a cohesive and engaging design that communicates the overlying category of services offered by The Dolnik Group to a diverse range of clients. Through careful attention to typography, color, and imagery, the design conveys the human-centered and optimistic approach that defines the practice.
